These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Indoriv Clinical website (the "Site") and the services described on it, including our biobank and clinical research operations. By browsing the Site, submitting a form, or otherwise engaging with Indoriv Clinical Private Limited ("Indoriv Clinical", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Indoriv Clinical Private Limited is a hybrid biotechnology CRO headquartered at 44G Paddapukur Road, Bhawanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal 700025, India, operating the Jeevanam Biobank and a network of clinical research sites. 2. Use of this website
The Site is provided for general information about our services, published insights, career opportunities and to enable enquiries. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, extract data by automated means without permission, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
3. No medical advice
Nothing on the Site creates a doctor–patient relationship, and decisions about participation in a clinical trial or biobank donation should always be made in consultation with the relevant study team and after reviewing the specific informed-consent documentation for that programme.
4. Biobank donors & clinical trial participants
Participation in Jeevanam Biobank or in any clinical research programme referenced on this Site is voluntary and subject to separate, specific informed-consent documentation, ethics-committee approval and applicable law — including the New Drugs and Clinical Trials Rules, 2019 and ICMR guidelines. These Terms do not replace that documentation; where the two conflict, your signed consent form and study protocol govern.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, the Indoriv Clinical name and logo, and all text, graphics and illustrative artwork are owned by or licensed to Indoriv Clinical Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference; you may not reproduce, republish or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Note: photographic imagery currently shown across the Site (team photos, article covers and illustrative visuals) are placeholder mock-ups pending final creative assets and are not representative final photography.
6. Third-party links
