Our story so far
A decade of building,
the hard way
Founder Anant Agarwal established the company from the ground up — with no prior playbook for surviving in the market. His conviction is simple: sustainable growth comes from perseverance, discipline and determination.
After more than ten years, Indoriv Clinical is recognised as a hybrid CRO working across three connected industries, with a meaningful role in the drug development process. Every clinical research programme is delivered by a committed team of scientists, pharmacists, physicians and diagnosticians — and the ambition now is to grow into one of the largest biobanks in the world.

Anant Agarwal
A self-made entrepreneur, born and raised in Kolkata, Anant built a business of his own from scratch. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Sheffield in 2011, and describes himself as someone who loves to read and watch everything "nerdy."
Despite being a star pupil and the winner of numerous academic and extracurricular competitions, he struggled to find employment after graduation — turned down by nearly 200 businesses. He persevered. The result is one of the best hybrid clinical research organisations, serving clients around the world.
